Please contact us to let us know you are returning an order. There are two policies we will honour. The first is the "Pink Pig International policy" and the second is the "By Law" policy.
Pink Pig International Policy Policy:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return any item to Pink Pig International Ltd in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received your order. The goods which are returned must be unopened and unused (with any tape, fastening or shrink-wrap intact, this will act as proof of non usage). A full refund / exchange will be given on receipt of the item's being received by us, as long as the item's are in the exact condition in which they were sent out. If any seals have been broken, the item will be classed as damaged on the customers behalf. Any returns received after the 14 day period will not be re-imbursed. You can however have the option of your items being re-sent to you (postage to be paid by the customer).
We can only accept the return of opened goods if they are faulty or an order error on our behalf. Postage on returns of faulty or packing error will be paid by Pink Pig International. No other delivery service charges will be paid for by Pink Pig International Ltd at any time. Returns of goods through customer fault will incur a 20% return fee, of the total amount of goods returned, this simply covers the cost Pink Pig International Ltd has to pay to cover the collection and re delivery of the incorrect items/goods.
By Law Policy
By law, you also have the right to withdraw from your purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered to you.
How to Cancel or Return Items:
To cancel your purchase during the 7 day cooling off period or to return unopened / faulty items, please contact us by phone or email to be given a RMA number for your return. Please pack any unopened item securely and send it to us with the RMA number we have given you clearly displayed on packaging. The goods should be back at Pink Pig International Ltd within 14 working days of you receiving your order. Items will not be refunded without an RMA number. This will be calculated by ourselves as 16 working days from the date we dispatched the order to you. We reserve the right to use Pink Pig International Ltd calculations in this instance. Please be aware that the cost of return must be paid by the customer and we are not liable to cover it unless the item is faulty on arrival.

Once the items have been returned and checked, only then will we credit your account. We will refund the purchase price of the returned item including postage from the original order.

Tax Charges for orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift Cards available on our retail specific website www.the-pink-pig.co.uk ('Mail Order Website’).
1.1 The use of Gift Cards fall under the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Cards are only redeemable on our Mail Order Website and may not be used in conjunction with other preferential rates or websites with separate checkouts that we offer.
- Gift Cards ordered through our Mail Order Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Cards include unique numbers and configurable patterns.
- Our Gift Cards must be redeemed on our Mail Order Website, as full or part payment of products from our Mail Order Website. A Gift Card cannot be used to purchase further Gift Cards.
- When ordering a Gift Card, you should ensure to enter the recipient’s email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the email address is entered incorrectly and someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Card.
- Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when purchasing Gift Cards unless otherwise specified.
